Helmed by the second generation owner, Xiang Ge has been serving their handmade noodles, fish soup and dumpling for more than 17 years.
The handmade noodle is extremely Q and pairs perfectly with the flavourful soup.
The handmade dumpling is juicy and filled with succulent meat wrapped within a thin layer of dumpling skin. Their unique chilli is also a fan favourite that pairs well with their dry noodles.
