Gift Vouchers are valid for use and redemption at selected Kopitiam outlets/stalls, primarily located in the Commercial Malls. They can also be identified by the Gift Voucher Acceptance Sticker displayed at the stall front.

Kopitiam Gift Vouchers come in denominations of $2 and $5.

  • Present original voucher before ordering. Redemption per transaction is limited to a maximum of 30 vouchers only.
  • Not exchangeable for cash. 
  • No refund for any unused amount/value. 
  • Purchases in excess of value stated on the voucher must be topped up with cash or any other payment modes accepted by participating Kopitiam outlets/stalls.
  • Not valid with other promotional offers or discount privileges.
  • Not valid for purchase of tobacco and alcoholic products.
  • Not refundable and/or not exchangeable in the event of loss, theft or damage.
  • Not renewable upon expiry. Expiry date is final.
  • Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions governing the use of this voucher.
  • Voucher is valid for redemption at participating Kopitiam outlets/stalls displaying the voucher acceptance decal.

The FairPrice Group app discount will only be applied to the remaining value after the voucher value has been deducted.

For example,  
Customer order = $10.00
Gift Voucher = $2.00
Balance = $8.00
$8 balance paid via Fairprice Group App will get the discount hence, the customer will pay $7.20.

Yes, you can use several Gift Vouchers together, up to a maximum of 30 pieces per transaction. However, purchases in excess of value stated on the voucher must be topped up with cash or any other payment modes accepted by participating Kopitiam outlets/stalls. No refund for any unused amount/value.
