Throughout the year, Kopitiam will be rolling out a series of initiatives that will aim to achieve this.
Signature Breakfast Set
- All Kopitiam outlets (coffee shops & food courts) will be offering the Signature Breakfast Set where Union members and public can enjoy this local breakfast from as low as $2.20
Affordable Hot Kopi & Teh for you
- Hot Kopi-O and Teh-O will be sold $1 and below at more than 40 Kopitiam coffee shops and hawker centres
The Kopitiam HawkerBoss Program
We aim to support Singapore’s aspiring and existing hawkers to kickstart or grow their businesses, as well as creating jobs in F&B sector.
A 12-month program leveraging FairPrice Group’s “Everything Food” strengths to enable a new generation of HawkerBosses to grow.
Selected HawkerBoss candidates can potentially receive the following support:
- Access to stalls within the Kopitiam outlets. This could be in hawker centres, coffee shops, food courts in malls or hospitals etc.
- Rental and/or stall fee subsidies
- Manpower salary subsidies
- Access to marketing and branding expertise
- Access to raw material resourcing and supplies to improve Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
