Tanoshi ramen 楽しい means “ramen of happiness”! We hope that our customers gain happiness with each bowl of ramen served to them. At Tanoshi Ramen, we use freshly made Hakata style Ramen, and soup base hard boiled for 6 hours to achieve a full collagen richness in the broth without adding MSG. Our Chashu is made from fresh pork belly, sous vide for 24 hours at 68°C, then cooked in a special homemade sauce.

Tanoshi Ramen uses a unique blend of pork bones to create tonkotsu soup stock that has a smooth texture, bold flavour and velvety creamy colour. Our mixture of “NON-MSG” collagen-rich broth and freshly made ramen is here to satisfy your cravings without burning a hole in your pocket.
