- By participating in the Spin-The-Wheel Promotion, each Participant represents and warrants that he or she has met the eligibility criteria set out under these Promotion Terms and Conditions. How To Participate:

To qualify for the redemption of the Foldable Bike under the winning Lucky Code, winners are required to follow the instructions in the winning redemption page and successfully complete the verification process.
Winners must submit their Full Name (as per NRIC), their email address and number to Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd for contact purposes. Winners have to retain the winning Lucky Code receipt for purposes of redemption upon successful verification.
The prize awarded under this promotion is provided by the respective third-party service providers (i.e. Mobot Pte Ltd) and is subject to their third-party service providers’ terms and conditions (i.e. Mobot terms and conditions).
The prize awarded is provided on an “as it is” basis and not refundable or exchangeable for cash. The Organisers reserve the rights to disqualify the redemption for any incomplete or unsuccessful verification.
The Organisers shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided under the voucher. The Organisers shall at all times, not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered as a result of availing the products and/or services under these vouchers
11. All prizes featured must be redeemed by 17 Nov 2024. Prizes not collected within the stipulated date of collection will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes shall be disposed of at the sole discretion of Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd
12. Kopitiam Investment is not liable for any Lucky Code receipt if it is missing, torn, damaged or tampered with, and will not be replaced for any reason.
13. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
14. The decision on all promotion matters by Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
Other Terms & Conditions
15. Participants using the Lucky Code entry for this Spin-The-Wheel promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Lucky Code entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respect on each Lucky code activation by participants.
16. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may disqualify a Participant or deactivate the winning Lucky code at any stage of the promotion and any prize won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
17. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion to (a) amend any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify, suspend and/or terminate the Spin-The-Wheel promotion, in whole or in part; (c) change the date, time and venue of the redemption(s); or (d) substitute any prize/reward with one of similar value. In the event of dispute, the Organiser decision is final and conclusive. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from the Organiser should any prize/reward or any part thereof be forfeited in accordance with the terms herein.
18. Kopitiam Investment reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
19. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
20. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
21. These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all Participants shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
