Kao Kha Moo (Thai Stewed Pork Leg Rice) has been a traditional local Thai street food delicacy for decades. This 50-year-old secret recipe was bought over by our founder from Thailand, back to Singapore.

To enhance the tenderness, our pork legs and intestines are simmered and marinated overnight with our secret sauce, herbs, and aromatic seasoning, as well as with our special homemade garlic chilli sauce. Kway Chap and Bee Hoon are also introduced into our menu to suit the local Singaporean taste.
