[1] Kopitiam Gift Card is not replaceable nor refundable.
[2] Multiple receipts are not permitted per purchase per stall patronage.
[3] Minimum spending of $1 and above after discount (not for topping up, for actual purchase transaction only) is required to qualify.
[4] Only valid with F&B purchases made through Premium Kopitiam Cards, Corporate and Institution Cards. Purchases made with the Basic Kopitiam Card are not eligible for the draw.
[5] Winners must claim their prizes within two calendar months from date of draw.
[6] All unclaimed prizes (winners would have forfeited their rights when they do not collect their prizes after 2 calendar months from date of draw) will be rolled over to 2011 (Final Year of the Dine More Win More Lucky Draw Campaign), thereafter, any remaining unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity.
[7] Monthly draw cut-off is 25th of the current qualifying month, 11 pm.
[8] All winners must present the winning original Premium Kopitiam Cards and their Identification Card upon collection of prizes.
[9] Cut-off timing for Grand Draw prize is 11 pm on 25 December 2010.
[10] Each customer can hold multiple Kopitiam Cards.
[11] Dine More Win More Kopitiam Gift Cards are not subject to the approval of Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
[12] Dine More Win More Kopitiam Gift Card transactions will not be part of the lucky draw and this gift card does not have the 10% discount privilege.
[13] Dine More Win More Kopitiam Gift Card will expire two calendar years from date of issue to prize winner.
[14] The organiser reserves the rights to amend and change the terms without any prior notice.
