Accounts Executive / Assistants
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, guide and monitor a team of Finance staff in daily accounting operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and reporting
  • Applicants with Audit and Tax experience will be an advantage
  • Assist in other assisgnments as assigned
Requirements
  • Poly Diploma in Accountancy or above with at least 3 years experience in AR/AP/GL/Accpac.
  • Candidates who are team players, meticulous with good supervisory skills preferred.
  • GCE “O” Level and above with working experience in AR/AP/GL
  • Fresh Poly Diploma holders or equivalent are also welcome.
Assistant Manager (Operations)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in organizing & controlling daily business activities to ensure all relevant standards and SOPs are adhered consistently for customer service excellence
  • Supervise staff, administer and handle tenancy matters and sales turnover
  • Liaise with NEA and relevant authorities on licensing and operational permits approval
  • Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations to Management for business reviews

Requirements:

  • Be hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
  • GCE ‘O’ level and above with 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Diploma holders without experience are also welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.

 

Baker / Assistant Baker

Locations: Mugiho Bakers @ Lau Pa Sat Festival Market / Changi General Hospital (NEW)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily production of baked items with standard recipes
  • Maintain high standard of baked items and consistency
  • To keep a neat, clean, sanitized and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Culinary Diploma or certificate
  • Team Player, keen to learn and show great passion in bakery
  • Able to work rotating shift and weekends
  • Able to start work immediately/short notice

 

Cleaner
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, organizing cutleries and dining areas of a food court
  • Ensure that the food court is in a good and hygiene condition
Corporate Communications Executive/ Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Write media communications, including but not limited to social media and marketing collaterals.
  • Oversee corporate branding on all platforms including digital media and ensure accurate representation of corporate identity across the group’s activities/initiatives.
  • Manage corporate website and ensure accurate and timely updates in terms of design and content.
  • Responsible for the Group’s social media landscape including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, discussion forums and community.
  • Work with the operations department and tenants on marketing plans for outlets

Requirements:

  •  University degree with at least 2 years related experience in marketing or corporate communications in the F&B or agency environment. Those with more experience will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
  • Work attitude and skills to include: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resourceful; strong project management and execution skills.
  • Professionalism to include: Confidence, good judgment, team player with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and external partners, media relations skills, meticulous in work execution.
  • Language Proficiency A strong command of English and Chinese with the ability to write well.
  • A passion for the social technology universe, and understand how social media is changing the communications landscape.
  • Familiarity with various software and web publishing platforms will be an added advantage.
Operations Executives
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the entire food &beverage service operations for service consistency.
  • Handle tenancy and sales turnover management
  • Liaise with NEA and relevant authorities on licensing and operational fundamental requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE “N” levels with 1 years experience or fresh BA certificate / Diploma holders are also welcomed as training will be provided.
QA / QC (Food Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product research & development
  • Perform in-process food quality checks & control

Requirements:

  • University graduate with relevant qualifications in Food Science and Technology, Food Nutrition and Dietetics
  • At least 3 years of working experience in food manufacturing environment

 

Service Crew (Bakery): Lau Pa Sat Festival Market
Requirements
  • All rounder position in a reputable Japanese bakery & coffee cafe

Shift Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintenance, handling food stall tenant’s matters and other matters
